It is hereby notified for information of all the concerned that the Government of Jammu & Kashmir, Higher Education Department, vide their communication No. HED-Gen/166/2023-04(7295615) dated 26-09-2024 has to recommend one seat of Integrated B.A. L.L.B. Degree Course from UT of Jammu and Kashmir in the following college:

In order to recommend aforesaid seat by the Government, the Board invites applications in the prescribed format annexed as Annexure-A to this Notification from the eligible candidates upto 05.10.2024 (till 3:00 p.m.) which will be forwarded to the concerned department for further necessary action as may be deemed appropriate. The brief guidelines in this regard is as under:

i) That the Candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary School Examination (10+2) conducted by Central / State Board or equivalent securing not less than 45% marks in the aggregate in case of general category and 40% marks in aggregate in the case of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes candidates.

ii) That the Candidates shall be the Domicile of J&K.

In addition to the above, the following certificates shall be enclosed with the applications: –

1. Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation).

2. 10+2 Marks Card.

3. Domicile Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.

4. ID Proof.

5. Two Passport Size Photographs.

The last date for submission of applications with full details/ documents shall be upto 05.10.2024 (till.3.00pm), no application shall be entertained after the cutoff date.

Note.

1. Mere submission of documents/applications by the candidates shall not confer any right on the candidate to claim the seat, which shall be decided by the authorities in accordance with the merit/eligibility criteria prescribed by the concerned authorities.
