New School Timings Announced for Kashmir Division Effective April 1, 2025: Srinagar, March 29, 2025 – The Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) has issued a new order regarding school timings for both government and recognized private schools in the Kashmir Division. The updated timings will come into effect from April 1, 2025.
According to Order No. 89 DSEK of 2025, the new school timings will be as follows:
- Schools within the Srinagar Municipal Limits: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Schools outside Srinagar Municipal Limits and other areas of Kashmir Province: 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM
The directive instructs all concerned institutions to strictly adhere to the new schedule. Any deviation from these timings will be taken seriously by the authorities.
