Admission Notification For 5-Year IMBA (BBA+MBA Integrated Programme) 

 On-Line Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to 5-Year IMBA (BBA+MBA Integrated Programme) for the academic session 2023 at Main Campus and North Campus, University of Kashmir. Admission to the programme shall be governed by the Admission policy available on University website and relevant statutes governing the programme.

Important dates:

Submission of On-Line Forms From 06-07-2023

Last date of submission for On-Line Application Forms and deposition of online Application Fee 18-07-2023

 

Eligibility:

10+2 in any stream with 50% marks for Open Merit and 45% for Reserved Category candidates.

 

Admission Criteria:

The selection to the programme shall be made on the basis of valid UGAT Composite score of 2023

 

Submission of On-Line Application Form:

The candidates are advised to follow the below steps for filling their On-Line Application Forms.

Step-1: Visit http://www.kashmiruniversity.net or www.kashmiruniversity.ac.in and click on Link Admissions.. Click on the links “Application Form for IMBA-2023”

Step-2: Enter your Board “Registration No.” and Click “Next”.

Step-3: Enter the required details and Upload your latest passport size Photograph and click “Next”.

Step-4: If there is any variation click on “Previous” button, make necessary corrections and then Click “Submit”. Get a printout of the Form and note the Form No. for future reference.

Step-5: Deposit the non-refundable “Application Fee of Rs. 150/- (including Rs. 50/- as IT Fee) and Processing fee of Rs. 250/- which makes total to Rs. 400/- “through online mode only

 

Submission of downloaded Application Form (Hard copy):

After submitting the On-Line Application Form, candidate need not to submit the downloaded Form (hard copy) but had to retain with themselves for future reference.

 

Verification of documents/certificates:

The Directorate will not check/verify the educational/category certificates etc. of the candidates at the time of submission of online Application Form and it will be the sole responsibility of the candidate to make sure if he/she is meeting the prescribed criterion. However, the documents will be verified at any point of time during the process of Admission. 

Valid UGAT score 2023 and other required marks certificates/Reserved category certificate (if applied under any reserved category) /documents of the selected candidates shall be verified by the Department/Campus from the online link of the examination conducting body (NTA) and other related original certificates/documents.

The selection of the candidate will be rejected if it is found that the applicant does not fulfill the eligibility criteria or has misrepresented/suppressed the information.

 

Additional information:

The candidates must check the status of their Application Forms after three days of its online submission. In case, the status of Application is not updated to “Fee Received” or “Fee Reconciliation is Pending”, the candidate should contact the Directorate of IT & SS, University of Kashmir, alongwith Application Form and all other documents, within two days after the last date of submission of Application Form. Thereafter, no claim, whatsoever, will be entertained by the University.

Submission of Application Forms are subject to determination of eligibility for admission to the Programme by reference to the Admission Policy-2023.

Notification for Self Financed Seats shall be issued after issuance of 1st selection list. However, only those candidates shall be considered for admission under Self Financed Seats Category, who have applied and have a valid UGAT score of 2023.
