JKSSB to Conduct Written Exam for Constable Posts on December 1, 2024: The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) will hold the written examination for the recruitment of Constables (Armed/IRP/Executive/SDRF) on December 1, 2024. This exam is being conducted for posts advertised under Notification No. 01 of 2024 (Item Nos. 01, 02, 05, and 06).

Admit Card Availability

 

Candidates appearing for the exam can download their E-Admit Cards from the JKSSB’s official website (www.jkssb.nic.in) starting from November 25, 2024, at 4:00 PM.

 

To access the Admit Card, candidates can use their Name or Application Number. It is important to read all instructions on the Admit Card carefully.

Steps to Download the Admit Card

 

Follow these steps to download your Admit Card:

 

  • 1. Visit the official website of JKSSB: www.jkssb.nic.in.

 

 

  • 2. On the homepage, click on the “Download E-Admit Card” option.

 

 

  • 3. Enter your Name and other required details or Application Number.

 

 

  • 4. Click on the “View and Print E-Admit Card” button.

 

 

  • 5. Download and print the Admit Card for the examination.

 

 

 

Note: Candidates must carry a clear, printed copy of the Admit Card to the exam venue.

Important Information for Candidates

 

1. Negative Marking: The exam will include negative marking. For every wrong answer, 1/4th of the allotted marks will be deducted.

 

 

2. Eligibility Checks: JKSSB reserves the right to cancel the candidature of individuals found ineligible at any stage. Misrepresentation, impersonation, or fraud will result in disqualification and possible disciplinary action.

 

 

3. No Postal Admit Cards: Admit Cards will not be sent by post. Candidates must download them online.

 

 

4. Stay Updated: Regularly check the JKSSB official website for updates regarding the examination.
