JKSSB Revision of Result and Document Verification for the Post of Supervisor 2024: Document Verification of candidates falling under consideration zone for the post of Supervisor, Social Welfare Department Supplementary Document Verification thereof.

All such candidates who are falling under consideration zone and were called for Document Verification for the post of Supervisor, Social Welfare Department, District Cadres, advertised vide Notification No. 02 of 2023 under Item Nos. 08 to 26, vide this office Notification No. JKSSB/COE/1/2024-06 (7480543) dated: 05-10-2024, but could not appear before the Document Verification Committee(s) w.e.f. 09-10-2024 to 14-10-2024, due to various reasons, are hereby given last and final opportunity to appear before the Document Verification Committee on 28-10- 2024 (Monday) from 11.00 AM to 05.00 PM at JKSSB, Central Office, CPO Chowk, Panjtirthi, Jammu (Jammu Centre based candidates) and at JKSSB, Central Office, Zam zam Complex, Rambagh, Srinagar (Kashmir Centre based candidates), failing which no further claims in this regard shall be entertained at any stage.

Revision of Result and Document Verification thereof for the Post of Supervisor, Social Welfare Department.

Whereas, the result/score sheet for the post of Supervisor, Social Welfare Department was notified vide notification No. JKSSB/COE/1/2024- 06 (7480543)/Rev dated 03.10.2024.

Whereas, a candidate namely Nazima Majeed having Roll No. 44120010, has submitted an application in the office of JKSSB on 04.10.2024, wherein she has stated that she had submitted her representation for award of 05 additional marks through offline mode on 12-07-2024 at Central Office, JKSSB, Zamzam Complex, Rambagh, Srinagar in response to Notice No. JKSSB/COE/1/2024-06 (7480543) dated 09.07.2024, but she was not awarded with 05 additional marks for the post of Supervisor.

Whereas, the representation of the candidate was scrutinized and it was found that the candidate had actually applied for 05 additional marks through offline mode well within the prescribed period. Therefore, the claim of the candidate is found to be genuine but inadvertently, 05 additional Marks were not awarded to the candidate.

In view of the above, the Board has decided to award 05 additional marks to the candidate namely Nazima Majeed, Roll No. 44120010 for the post of Supervisor. Accordingly, the result of the candidate is revised from 57.40 Marks to 62.40 Marks (57.40 OMR Based out of 95 and 05 additional marks for Sociology as one of the subjects in the Graduation). Due to revision of marks of the candidate, the candidate also falls in the merit of Document verification under category RBA for the post of Supervisor, Social Welfare Department.

Accordingly, the candidate is called for Document Verification for the post of Supervisor, Social Welfare Department under RBA category on 28.10.2024 as per the details given in Annexure “A”.
