JKSSB Issues Document Verification Notification for Multiple Posts: The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has issued an important notification regarding the document verification of candidates who are under the consideration zone for various government posts. These candidates had appeared for the OMR-based written examinations conducted from 17th to 27th February 2025.

The verification process applies to candidates who applied for the following posts:

Junior Librarian – Advt. No. 04 of 2021, Item No. 637
Scientist ‘A’ – Advt. No. 03 of 2021, Item No. 556
Laboratory Technician – Advt. No. 02 of 2021, Item No. 416 & 420
Panchayat Secretary – Advt. No. 01 of 2023, Item Nos. 01, 02, 03 & 04

Document Verification – What You Need to Carry

All shortlisted candidates are required to appear physically before the JKSSB Document Verification Committees. Here’s what to bring:

Application Form copy
Two recent passport-sized photos
Original Photo ID (Aadhar/Voter ID/PAN/Passport)
Date of Birth Certificate (10th Marks Sheet)
Valid Category Certificate (if applicable)
Domicile Certificate
Qualification Certificates as per the job post
Bonafide Certificate (for degrees obtained outside J&K)
Checklist Form (Annexure F)
Order of Preferences for Items 416 & 420 (Annexure G)
Printout of preferences for posts under Advt. 01 of 2023

Note: Failure to attend the document verification will result in forfeiture of your selection claim.
