JKSSB Document Verification for Supervisor Post Download PDF: Document Verification of additional candidates falling under consideration zone for the post of Supervisor, Social Welfare Department

In continuation to the Notification Nos. JKSSB/COE/1/2024-06 (7480543) dated: 05-10- 2024 and JKSSB/COE/1/2024-06 (7480543) dated: 22-10-2024, additional candidates, whose details are given in Annexure “A” are hereby called to appear in person for Document Verification before the Document Verification Committees of the Board for the verification/scrutiny of their documents/certificates on 18-11-2024 (Monday), as per the schedule and venue indicated against each.

The candidates are required to produce following documents/certificates in original, along-with one set of self-attested copies, before the designated Document Verification Committee(s):

1. Copy of Online Application Form.

2. Two passport size recent colour photographs.

3. One original photo ID Proof i.e. Aadhar card/Voter Card/Pan Card/Passport etc.

4. D.O.B Certificate (10th Diploma/Marks card).

5. Valid Category Certificate, if belongs to reserved categories.

6. Domicile Certificate.

7. 10+2 Marks Sheet/Diploma.

8. Graduation Degree from recognized University. However, those candidates who have applied for allotment of 5 additional marks need to bring their Graduation Degree from recognized University along with all the mark-sheets pertaining to the degree.

9. Bonafide certificate on the format prescribed by the Board duly issued by the Controller/Registrar of the concerned University/Board/Institute in respect of candidates, who have obtained the qualification from outside the UT of J&K.

10. Checklist sheet/form to be submitted by candidates at the time of their D.V. (as per Annexure “B”).

11. The candidates must also submit their order of preferences for various Items/Cadres (as per Annexure “C”) in offline mode to the respective Document Verification Committees. Candidates shall submit offline preferences only for Items and Districts which they have opted for in the Application Form.

12. Other documents as per prescribed qualification mentioned in the Advertisement Notification.

The candidate(s) who fail to appear before the respective Document Verification Committee(s) on the scheduled dates shall forfeit their right to selection.

NOTE: The allotment of 05 marks to the candidates (pursuant to their claims through online/offline modes) as reflected in the Annexure are purely provisional and shall not entitle the candidates to any right of preferential treatment for selection. Final allotment shall be made only after verification of requisite Documents/Mark-Sheets/Degree certificates by the concerned Document Verification Committees at the time of D.V.
