Pursuant to Notification No.004-BOPEE of 2024 dated.05.01.2024, the Board conducted 2nd/Mop-up Round of counselling on 19.01.2024 at BOPEE offices Srinagar/Jammu simultaneously.
The list of candidates who have participated in the said counselling and have been selected provisionally for admission in their respective M.Sc. Technology Courses 2023 in SKIMS, Soura,Srinagar is hereby notified as per Annexure-A to this notification which shall remain available on website of Board viz. www.jkbopee.gov.in only.
The provisionally selected candidates are advised to report in SKIMS Soura Srinagar up to 25.01.2024 till 04.00 p.m. along with the following documents in original: –

- 1. Domicile Certificate of J&K/UT of Ladakh as the case may be. For the candidates of UT of Ladakh, ST certificate issued by the Competent Authority of Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile Certificate.
- 2. Marks Card of the requisite Courses passed by the candidate.
- 3. Degree Certificate.
- 4. Date of birth (10th class marks card/Diploma issued by the Board).
- 5. Experience/Work Certificate wherever required.
- 6. Valid Reserved Category Certificate, if any and;
- 7. Any other document/Certificate as may be required by the Admission Authorities of the Institute.

- 1. As per Section 9(2) of the J&K Reservation Act 2004, 11 seats available in various Reserved Categories were converted to Open Merit due to non- availability of eligible candidate(s) in the respective Reserved Categories and were allotted to the eligible candidates strictly on the basis of merit/preference Course wise as per the eligibility fixed by the SKIMS.
- 2. The admission of the candidates is purely provisional and shall be cancelled in case any information furnished by any candidate proves to be false/fabricated and action as warranted under Law shall be initiated against such candidate(s).
- 3. It is hereby implored upon the Management of the SKIMS to ensure the veracity of documents, particularly the Category Certificates wherever the admission is to be granted in lieu of a Reserved Category.
- 4. The Head of the Institution shall download the copy of this notification alongwith its Annexure-A from the official website of the Board viz. www.jkbopee.gov.in for reference and record.
- 5. The Head of the Institution shall furnish the short-fall if any to the Board through e-mail: [email protected] / [email protected] / [email protected] on 25.01.2024 till 05.00 p.m. positively.
The other terms and conditions shall, however, remain the same as notified by the Board in various notifications/notices issued from time to time in this regard.
