JKBOPEE Second Round of Counseling for Admission in 12th Based Paramedical Courses 2023 :- Conduct of Second Physical Upgradation/Allotment round of counselling for admission to (12th Based) Paramedical and D. Pharmacy (excluding ANM, GNM) Courses-2023.

Pursuant to Notification No. 105-BOPEE of 2023 dated 29.10.2023, the Board has received shortfall from various Government/Private Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K/ Ladakh. To fill up the seats received as shortfall along with the seats which have remained unfilled after conclusion of First Round of Counselling held from 05.10.2023 to 23.10.2023, it is hereby notified that the Board shall conduct Second Round of counselling (Physical) for Upgradation/Allotment of seats to the eligible candidates for admission to (12th Based) Paramedical Diploma Courses-2023 as per the following schedule: – 
The interested and eligible candidates are advised to report at BOPEE office Srinagar/Jammu on their respective date/day of counselling from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. for Registration and fulfillment of other formalities.
JKBOPEE Second Round of Counseling for Admission in 12th Based Paramedical Courses 2023: Note-I
The following procedure shall be adopted during Second Round of Counselling: –
- a. Candidates, who have been allotted a seat in First Round of Counselling and have joined the allotted College /Institution shall be eligible to participate in this round of counselling and shall have to bring a copy of fee receipt deposited by them at their respective College / Institution for submission at the time of Upgradation/Allotment Counselling.
- b. Candidates, who could not participate in the First Round of Counselling for one or the other reason, are eligible to participate in this round of counselling.
- c. Candidates, who have opted CAN/SNA during the First Round of Counselling are also eligible to participate in this round of counselling.
- d. The candidates, who have been allotted seat(s) in the First Round of Counselling but have failed to join the same within the prescribed time limit fixed by the Board shall not be eligible for participation in this round of counselling.
- e. In pursuance of Notification No. 017 of 2023 dated 31.10.2023 issued by Indian Nursing Counsel (INC), the candidates who have applied for GNM and ANM courses, have been allotted seats/institutions in GNM/ ANM courses and have joined in the respective allotted colleges/courses shall not be eligible to participate in this round of counselling as the last date for admission to such courses stands expired on 30th of November, 2023.
- f. The eligible candidate(s) who have been allotted GNM/ANM seat during First Round of counselling but have failed to join in the respective allotted colleges are also eligible to participate in this round of counselling subject to the condition that he/she has / have applied for Paramedical courses also.
- g. The candidates who have been allotted MRT seat during First Round of counselling and have joined in the respective allotted college shall also be eligible to participate in this round of counselling.
The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified in the e-Information Brochure and Notifications/Notices issued by the Board in this regard from time to time.
