Pursuant to Notification No. 119-BOPEE of 2024 dated 27.09.2024, the Board has received the applications for filling up of seats of B.E/B.Tech. Courses- 2024 which have remained unfilled or received as shortfall after the conclusion of four rounds of Counselling. The list of candidates provisionally Upgraded/Allotted seats in various Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K, is hereby notified as per Annexure-A and Annexure B to this Notification, which shall be available on the official website of the Board viz. www.jkbopee.gov.in only.
The Provisionally Selected candidates are advised to report to their respective allotted Colleges/Institutions for completion of admission formalities upto 10th of October, 2024 till 04.00 p.m alongwith the following documents in original:
- I) Domicile Certificate.
- II) D.O.B Certificate (Matriculation Certificate from the Board of School Education)
- III) Marks Sheet of 12th Class.
- IV) Category Certificate, wherever applicable.
- V) ID card to verify the identity of the candidate, &
- VI) Any other document as may be required by the concerned College.

1. All the Heads of the Institutions/Colleges are requested to keep their admission counters open on holidays/off days to facilitate the candidates to complete their admission process well in time.
2. The candidate(s) who would conceal any information at the time of admission, the candidature of such candidates shall be cancelled abinitio and fine/penalty shall be imposed upon him/her as may be deemed proper by the Board in accordance with the laid down rules.
3. For fee related query, candidates provisionally recommended for admission are advised to contact the concerned College/Institution.
4. The Heads of the Institutions shall keep record of admissions and send the shortfall of the candidates, if any, to the Board through e-mail viz, [email protected] / [email protected] on 10th of October 2024 at 04:30 P.M positively.
5. The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified in the Information Brochure and Notifications/Notices issued by the Board in this regard from time to time.
