JKBOPEE Counselling Schedule for B.E/B.Tech Admission 2025 Announced: The J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has officially released the counselling schedule for students seeking admission to B.E/B.Tech courses for the academic year 2025.

This announcement comes after the release of the Provisional Merit List through Notification No. 040-BOPEE of 2025, dated 24th April 2025.

Online Counselling Dates

All eligible candidates whose names appear in the merit list can submit their preferences for colleges and courses online from 30th May to 2nd June 2025 (midnight).

Who Can Participate?

• All candidates who appeared in the Common Entrance Test 2025 and are listed in the merit list.
• Even those who have missed uploading certain documents (like Domicile Certificate, 10th/12th Marks Card, or Date of Birth proof) are provisionally allowed to participate. However, such students must submit these documents at the time of college admission.

Online Counselling Fee

A non-refundable counselling fee of ₹1000 must be paid online. Make sure the payment reflects in the system after submission. Also, take a printout of your preferences and payment receipt for future reference.

Important Instructions

• The seat allotment will be done strictly based on the preferences you submit and the details provided in your application, especially your category. So, double-check all the information before submitting.
• No requests or queries will be entertained via email or WhatsApp.
• Ensure that your category certificate is valid and issued before 2nd June 2025.
• The seat matrix (i.e., number of seats in each college/course) will be available a day before counselling begins on www.jkbopee.gov.in.
• For course fees, contact the respective colleges directly as BOPEE will not be responsible for fee structure details.

Filling in your choices does NOT guarantee admission. Final admissions will depend on:

• Your rank
• Seat availability
• Verification of eligibility and documents at the college

Any false or incorrect information can lead to cancellation of admission and legal action.
