Great news for nursing aspirants in Jammu & Kashmir! The J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has officially announced the date for the Common Entrance Test (CET) for GNM Lateral Entry (L.E.) admission for the academic year 2025.

Exam Date: Sunday, 15th June 2025
Course: General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) – Lateral Entry
Colleges: Government and Private Nursing Colleges across Jammu & Kashmir

What Is This Exam For?

This CET is meant for students who wish to join the 2nd year of the GNM course through lateral entry, after completing ANM or other eligible qualifications. The exam opens doors to some of the best nursing institutes in both government and private sectors across the UT.

What About Admit Cards?

JKBOPEE has clarified that admit cards will be released separately, and a notification regarding their download will be issued in the coming days. So, candidates are advised to regularly check the official website:
