Education: You must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Experience: At least 15 years of experience handling financial operations in banks, large corporates, PSUs, or financial institutions. Out of this, 10 years should be in banks/FIs, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Age Limit (As of April 1, 2025): Maximum 65 years (Relaxation of 2 years for candidates with PSU/PSB experience).

What You’ll Do as CFO

As the CFO, you’ll play a key role in managing the bank’s finances, ensuring compliance, and making strategic financial decisions. Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Managing accounting, budgeting, taxation, treasury, and risk assessment.

✅ Ensuring compliance with RBI regulations, SEBI guidelines, and international accounting standards.

✅ Overseeing financial reporting, audits, and investor relations.

✅ Handling tax planning, cost optimization, and revenue management.
