• Proof of father’s occupation in case of Not a Domicile of J&K (for Central Govt. Employee/PSU) Original (Along with Xerox Copies)
• Achievement Certificates NSS-BSG/NCC/SPORTS/ECA (if any) Original (Along with Xerox Copies)
• Category Certificate, if applicable SC/ST/OSC/EWS/RBA/PSP Original (Along with Xerox Copies)
• Defence Personnel Certificate, if applicable Original (Along with Xerox Copies)
