Important Notice Document Deficiency for Junior Assistant Applicants: We would like to bring to your attention an important update regarding the recruitment process for the post of Junior Assistant, advertised under Notification No. 06 of 2024/Psy dated 28.08.2024.
During the application process, candidates were required to select their desired Divisional Cadre. However, it has come to our notice that several applicants either:
Failed to select their Divisional Cadre during the given timeframe, or Uploaded incorrect or invalid documents instead of the required Domicile Certificate.
As per Notification No. 2510 of 2024/Psy dated 05.10.2024, if a candidate did not select their preferred cadre, the cadre would be determined based on their domicile certificate. However, upon document verification, it was found that:
Some candidates uploaded documents other than their Domicile Certificate.
Some domicile certificates were not from the Union Territory (UT) of Jammu & Kashmir.
Important Notice Document Deficiency for Junior Assistant Applicants: What You Need to Do
If your name appears in the Annexure-A attached to this notice, you are required to submit the correct domicile certificate to rectify the deficiency. You can do this by:
- 1. Emailing the correct document to: [email protected], or
- 2. Submitting the document in person at the Office of the Principal Secretary to the Hon’ble Chief Justice, High Court of J&K and Ladakh.

All required documents must be submitted by or before: February 21, 2025.

Failure to submit the correct documents within the given timeframe will result in the cancellation of your candidature without any further notice.
If any candidate is found ineligible at any stage of the selection process, their candidature will be cancelled immediately.
We urge all applicants listed in Annexure-A to act promptly to avoid disqualification.
