Free Coaching for BPL, Orphan & Destitute Students in J&K Apply Now: The Directorate of School Education Jammu (DSEJ) has announced free coaching opportunities for destitute, orphan, and Below Poverty Line (BPL) students for the 2025-26 session in private tuition centers across Jammu. This initiative is in accordance with Rule 4(e) of the J&K Regulation of Private Tuition Center Rules – 2010, which mandates that private tuition/coaching centers reserve up to 10% of total intake capacity for students belonging to:
- Destitute category
- Orphans
- Below Poverty Line (BPL)
- Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY)
- Priority Household (PHH)

This free coaching will be available at the Secondary, Higher Secondary, and Undergraduate Competitive Exam levels in both online and offline modes.
How to Apply?
Eligible students can apply by submitting their applications in one of the following ways:
- 1. In Person – Visit the Private Section of the Directorate of School Education, Muthi, Jammu, during working hours.
- 2. Online – Submit the application through the Google Form link: Click Here (Official link will be available on the DSEJ website)

- Previous class qualification certificate
- Destitute Certificate / Orphan Certificate (if applicable)
