Cluster University of Srinagar has officially opened its doors for academic professionals to apply for faculty positions on an academic arrangement basis for the upcoming 2025–26 session. This opportunity is specifically for Postgraduate and Five-Year Integrated programs across its constituent colleges.

Eligibility Criteria:

Postgraduate Degree in the relevant subject with minimum 55% marks (or 50% for reserved categories).
NET/SLET qualified or PhD in the relevant subject (as per UGC norms).

Note: NET is not mandatory for subjects where UGC has granted an exemption.

Application Process:

Apply online through www.cusrinagar.edu.in by June 9, 2025.
Submit hardcopy of the online application with self-attested documents at the Registrar’s Office between June 9–17, 2025.

Documents Required:

10th class certificate
Graduation and Post-graduation degrees and marksheets
NET/JRF/SLET/PhD certificates
Experience certificates (from recognized institutions only)
Category certificate (if applicable)
Research and award proofs (if applicable)

Selection Process:

The merit list will be prepared based on UGC guidelines, considering:

Academic scores (Graduation, PG, MPhil, PhD)
NET/JRF/SLET scores
Research publications
Teaching experience from recognized institutions
National/State level awards

Merit list will be uploaded on the university website for transparency and will remain open to grievances/queries for five days only.

Engagement is temporary and purely need-based.
Maximum duration is one academic session.
Engagement does not confer any right to permanent employment.
A formal agreement will be signed before joining.
