JKBOPEE Mop Up Round for Admission in B Pharmacy Courses 2023:- Conduct of Mop-Up Round (Upgradation/Allotment) Physical counselling for admission to B. Pharmacy Cource-2023 in various Government/ Private Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K.

Pursuant to Notification No. 110-BOPEE of 2023 dated 03.11.2023, the Provisional Selection List of candidates for admission to Pharmacy Course, 2023 was issued. The Board has received shortfall from various Colleges/Institutions against the above mentioned Notification. It is hereby notified that the Board shall conduct Mop-Up Round (Upgradation/Allotment) counselling for admission to B. Pharmacy Course – 2023 in various Government/Private Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K on 27.12.2023 simultaneously at BOPEE Office, Jammu/Srinagar.

It is also notified that the Board has decided to reduce the bench mark from 10 to zero (0) marks for upgradation/allotment Round of Counselling. Therefore, all the eligible candidates who have appeared in the Common Entrance Test for admission to B.Pharmacy Course conducted by the Board on 23.07.2023 and have secured 0 marks are advised to attend the Counselling at BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar as per the following schedule:-
All eligible candidates including Reserved Category candidates
The candidates who have marks in minus are not eligible
It is further notified for information of the concerned candidates that the Upgradation/Allotment of seats during the Mop-up Round shall be strictly on the basis of merit cum preferences filled up by the candidates on the day of Counselling in their Counselling forms.
JKBOPEE Mop Up Round for Admission in B Pharmacy Courses 2023: Note
The following procedure shall be adopted during the conduct of Mop-up round of Counselling (Physical)
- 1. The eligible and willing candidates shall have to report at the BOPEE offices Jammu/Srinagar for Registration/Attendance and fulfilment of other formalities, from 9.00 am to 10.30 a.m on the day/date of Counselling.
- 2. The candidates who have been allotted seats during 1st Round of Counselling and upgraded during 2nd Round of Counselling held on 02.11.2023 shall not be eligible for Mop-up Round of Counselling.
- 3. All the participating candidates are advised to bring along the following documents in original for check and verification at the time of Counselling:-
- a. Domicile Certificate.
- b. 12th Class Marks Card.
- c. D.O.B Certificate issued by the Board.
- d. Category Certificate, whereverapplicable.
- e. D. Pharma Certificate (for Lateral Entry Candidates only).
- 4. Those candidates who have remained absent or got CNA or SNA during Ist or 2nd Round of Counselling shall be eligible to participate in this Mop-up Round of Counselling.
- 5. The candidates participating for the first time in the Counselling are advised to deposit an amount of Rs.1000/- as a Counselling fee on the day of Counselling through POS Machines available at the BOPEE Offices, Jammu/Srinagar through Debit/Credit card.
- 6. It is enjoined upon all the eligible candidates that they shall visit/attend Counselling only after checking the Seat Matrix to be made available on the official website vizwww.jkbopee.gov.in of the Board before the day of counselling.
- 7. The candidates who have been allotted seat(s) during 2nd Round of Counselling and have joined against the said seat/college, if interested, shall be eligible to participate in the Mop-up Round for up-gradation, subject to the condition that these candidates shall have to bring receipt of admission fee deposited in the allotted college for check/verification during the counselling.
- 8. The Board reserves the right to notify such changes as may become necessary in view of any technical difficulty or the reasons beyond its control.
The other terms and conditions shall, however, remain the same as notified by the Board in various notifications/notices issued from time to time in this regard.
