First Round:-

• All students who have been short listed for Govt. SPMR College of commerce on the basis of merit prepared by JKCSAS(J&K Common Seat Allocation System) will visit Govt. SPMR College website, https://www.spmrcollege.org/ and as per schedule given in the list will assemble in the college Auditorium with their original as well as photocopy of Documents ,as listed in the Submission list. (Refer Guidelines for Submission of Document)
• In the College Auditorium Students will be called on the basis of merit (prepared by JKCSAS) in the group of 10 students each , where their document will be verified by Document verifying Committee .
• Once the documents have been verified the student will move to Smart Class Room for seat Allotment and also allotment of subjects in Minor, Multi-Disciplinary ,AEC and Skill (depending upon the availability of seats in the respective subjects) . Once allotment is done generation of Fees Link will be send in the respective login as well on SMS
• The seat will be finally allotted only after the fee is paid using the generated link before 24-08-2023 by 3pm.
• If fees is not paid before 24-08-2023 by 3 pm , claim of seat will be fortified. No further request will be entertained.
• Second Round list will be displayed on 25-08-2023 and second round of counseling will start on 27-8-2023.
• Third Round which is SPOT ROUND ,VACANT Seats will be displayed on college website and student needs to apply fresh at https://jkadmission.samarth.ac.in/ and provide their new preferences as per vacancy available between 05-09-2023 to 07-09-2023.
• List will be prepared and displayed on college website on 09-09-2023. Physical document verification of the documents will be held in college from 12-09-2023 to 14-09-2023

• 1st Semester Admission Session 2023-24 Guidelines for Submission of Documents Student has to Download and take printout of the Application form from their Login https://jkadmission.samarth.ac.in/index.php/site/login and attached the following Documents Photocopies of Documents to be attached with application Form1.
• One self-attested photo copy each of 10th and 12th marks sheet and 10th Diploma
• One self-attested Photo copy of CUET marks card.
• One self-attested Photo Copy for each of the category certificates.
• One self-attested Photo Copy of Aadhaar Card.
• One self-attested Photo Copy of Transfer certificate/Income certificate of Father/Guardian in case of ward of Army or any other Central Govt. Employee serving in J&K UT.
• One self-attested Photo Copy of Domicile /State Subject
• Provisional Certificate in original.(For J&K Board)
• Migration/Transfer Certificate in original( For CBSE Board)
• Character Certificate in original

Documents to be brought in College along with Application form Original Documents (To be physically verified during admission process)

• 10th and 12th marks sheet and 10th Diploma (for Date of Birth Verification).
• Provisional Certificate in original from Head of the Institution last attended.
• Character Certificate in original from the Institution last attended and for GAP Cases Character Certificate to be obtained from Gazetted officer or from the nearest police station near his/her residence
• Migration/Transfer Certificate in original from Head of the Institution last attended(For CBSE Board Students)
• Transfer certificate/Income certificate of Father/Guardian in case of ward of Army or any other Central Govt. Employee serving in J&K UT.
• Two recent passport size photographs.
• Category Certificate if any Documents to be downloaded from College Website https://www.spmrcollege.org/ to be filled, printed and duly signed for submission with the above Documents
• College Subject allotment(Minor/Skill/MD/AECC) Application form
• Student Anti ragging Undertaking form (Two forms, One from student ,One from Parents)
• College discipline Undertaking form
• In case of Gap, Gap Undertaking form
