This is for the information of all the desirous aspirants who have applied for Admission in Integrated- MCA programme -2023 to report to the Department of Computer Science for On Spot Counseling cum Admission on 17-08-2023 as few seats are lying vacant. Further, those selected candidates who have not completed their Admission formalities may also report for On Spot Counseling cum Admission.

The instructions for On Spot Counseling cum Admission are as under:

The candidates are required to report to the Department of Computer Science on 17-08-2023 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm for On Spot Counseling cum Admission.
The selection of the candidate shall be as per the merit amongst the candidates who report the Department of Computer Science on the scheduled date for On Spot Counselling cum Admission.
The selection of the candidates for vacant seats in IMCA Programme shall be notified on the same day at 2:00 pm.
The selection is purely provisional and the Admission shall be confirmed subject to the verification of original documents (including Category Certificate if any).
The selected candidate(s) is required to deposit an amount of Rs. 14500/- through Demand Draft (DD) pledged to the Registrar, BGSBU, on 17-08-2023.
In case the candidate does not deposit fee on On Spot Counseling cum Admission till 4:00 pm, he/she shall forfeit the chance for admission. The remaining vacant seat(s) if any, shall be filled as per the merit prepared during On Spot Counseling cum Admission.
Original copies of the documents are to be submitted in the Department of Computer Science by or before 21-08-2013 for verification.
The classes shall start from 22-08-2023.
