BGSBU Admission Counseling Notification for Diploma in Engineering Programme
BGSBU Admission Counseling: This is for the information of all those candidates who have applied for admission in various programmes of Diploma Engineering that the counseling-cum-admission is scheduled on 25-07-2023 (Tuesday) at 10:00 am in the office of Principal University Polytechnic BGSBU Rajouri.
They are required to submit the following documents in original along with three photo-state sets of each document:
- Date of Birth Certificate (10th)
- Permanent Resident Certificate or Domicile Certificate
- Character Certificate by the Head of the institution last attended
- Migration Certificate
- Provisional certificate
- Reserved category (if any)
- Demand Draft (DD) of rupees two thousand and three hundred only (Rs. 2,300/=) in favor of Registrar BGSBU Rajouri.
- Gap period certificate/Affidavit
- Passport size photograph (4 No.)

Further, those applied for admission under lateral entry are required to submit 2 years ITI Diploma or 12th pass Marks sheet (Medical/Non-Medical) in addition to above mentioned documents and Demand Draft (DD) of rupees four thousand and six hundred (Rs. 4,600/=) in favor of Registrar BGSBU Rajouri.
