JKBOSE Class 12th Results 2025 Likely by April 30
JKBOSE Class 12th Results 2025 Likely by April 30: Srinagar, April 18 (JK Students Desk):
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) is likely to declare the annual regular examination results for Class 12th by April 30, 2025, according to official sources in the School Education Department.
A senior official confirmed that the education minister has set a deadline for the declaration of both Class 10th and 12th results before the end of April. However, priority is being given to Class 12th results, which are expected to be out on or before April 30. “There is a 95% chance that Class 12th results will be declared by April 30. If all goes smoothly, the results may even be released two days earlier,” the official said.
The urgency in releasing Class 12th results is attributed to the students’ need to apply for admissions in higher educational institutions. Evaluation of Class 12th answer scripts was completed by April 14, and the results have already entered the computing stage.
Meanwhile, the evaluation for Class 10th is expected to conclude by Sunday, with the process running concurrently. “As soon as Class 12th results are out, Class 10th results will follow immediately,” the official added.
Regarding Class 11th, 75% of the evaluation process is complete. However, officials stated there is no urgency to release the results, and they will be declared after Class 12th and 10th.
The move comes after Education Minister Sakina Itoo chaired a high-level meeting directing JKBOSE to complete the process in a time-bound manner. “Board officials are working diligently to meet the deadline set by the government,” said the official.
This year, the government reverted to the November session, scheduling board exams for Classes 10 to 12 in February.
Here’s a quick look at the participation stats:
- Class 10th: 132,992 students appeared
- Class 11th: 120,673 students registered
- Class 12th: 102,298 students registered
The exams were conducted in both soft and hard zones across Jammu and Kashmir, with over 3.5 lakh students participating in total.
