Dhanvantri Library, University of Jammu Invites Applications for Private Membership: The Dhanvantri Library, University of Jammu, is inviting applications from individuals interested in becoming private members for access to the reading room facilities. Eligible candidates can apply by submitting the required documents between March 17, 2025, and April 17, 2025.

Interested applicants need to submit the following documents:
- Application on plain paper
- Valid photo ID proof
- Xerox copy of the highest qualification along with the marks card
- An affidavit sworn before and issued by a First-Class Magistrate (The format for the affidavit is available on the official website)
- Application forms are available on the official website of the University of Jammu (www.jammuuniversity.in).
Dhanvantri Library, University of Jammu Invites Applications for Private Membership: Selection and Fee Payment
Selection List: The list of selected candidates will be displayed at the Circulation Counter of Dhanvantri Library on April 25, 2025.
Fee Payment: Selected candidates must deposit the membership fee between April 28, 2025, and May 9, 2025 (excluding holidays). Membership cards will be issued at the time of fee payment.

Membership Limit and Fee Details
Currently, the library can accommodate up to 100 private members based on available infrastructure in the reading room. The membership fee and security charges will be applicable as per the latest University notification for the session 2025-2026.
