JKBOSE Issues Circular for Private Schools in Jammu District: Jammu, March 4, 2025: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE), Rehari Colony, Jammu, has issued an important circular for private schools affiliated with JKBOSE in Jammu District.

As per the circular, private schools listed in Annexure-A must visit the General Section, JKBOSE, Rehari Colony, Jammu, and submit a duly attested photocopy of their Affiliation and Recognition Orders for updating their details on the JKBOSE Affiliation Portal.

Mandatory GST Clearance on Affiliation Fees

Additionally, the circular mandates that all private schools must clear their pending GST on Affiliation Fees for the period 2017 to 2022 (up to May 2022). Schools failing to comply with this requirement may face consequences, including the withholding of essential services without further notice.
