List of Candidates with Document Deficiencies for System Assistant Post: The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has issued an important notice regarding document deficiencies for candidates who applied for the post of System Assistant under Advertisement Notification No. 06 of 2024/Psy, dated 28.08.2024.

List of Candidates with Document Deficiencies for System Assistant Post: Prescribed Qualifications for the Post

 

As per the notification, candidates were required to meet one of the following educational qualifications:

 

1. BCA with 60% marks from a recognized university/institution, along with one year of work experience in a reputed organization/institution.

 

 

2. B.Sc. with a one-year Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Applications (60% marks in aggregate) from a recognized university/institution, along with one year of work experience in a reputed organization/institution.

 

 

3. Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering or Electronics and Telecommunications from a Polytechnic (60% marks in aggregate), along with two years of work experience in a reputed organization/institution.

 

 

 

List of Candidates with Document Deficiencies for System Assistant Post: Online CST Examination & Document Scrutiny

 

The Computer-Based Screening Test (CST) for the System Assistant post was conducted in Jammu on 02.12.2024. Following the examination, the submitted documents were scrutinized, and it was observed that several candidates failed to provide the required certificates/documents to support their educational qualifications and work experience.

 

List of Candidates with Document Deficiencies for System Assistant Post: Submission of Deficient Documents

 

Candidates listed in Annexure-A of the official notice are required to submit the missing documents on or before 13.03.2025. The submission can be done through:

In-Person Submission: Submit the documents at the Office of the Principal Secretary to Hon’ble the Chief Justice, High Court of J&K and Ladakh at Jammu.

 

 

Important Instructions

 

Failure to submit the required documents within the deadline will result in cancellation of candidature without any further notice.

 

If any candidate is found to have submitted false documents or misrepresented any material facts, their candidature will be cancelled at any stage of the selection process.
