Notification No. 182-BOPEE of 2024 Dated 06-12-2024

Consequent upon the issuance of Notification No. 173-BOPEE of 2024 dated 25.11.2024, the candidates belonging to Hindu Minority/NRI Categories submitted their documents for respective categories up to 2nd of December, 2024. As a prerequisite, the said documents of the candidates were checked and verified on 6th of December, 2024 by the Committee constituted for the purpose.

After verification of the documents submitted by the candidates under the Hindu Minority Quota well within the stipulated period of time, it has been found that the documents in respect of sixty one (61) candidates out of the total of sixty three (63) candidates are complete in all respects, whereas documents in respect of two (2) candidates have been found deficient. The list of candidates whose documents are deficient in one or the other way is available on the official website of the BOPEE www.jkbopee.gov.in along with remarks in Annexure-A to this Notification for information of the candidates.

While as the candidates who have applied under the NRI category as mentioned in Annexure-B to this Notification, it has been found that the documents in respect of seven (7) candidates out of the total of thirteen (13) candidates are complete in all respects, whereas documents in respect of six (6) candidates have been found deficient. The list of candidates whose documents are deficient in one or the other way is available on the official website of the BOPEE www.jkbopee.gov.in along with remarks in Annexure-B to this Notification for information of the candidates.

The candidates in their own interest are advised to clear the deficiencies as shown against their names, by or before 10-12-2024 (till 04:00 p.m.) and submit the deficient documents during working hours physically in the office at Jammu/Srinagar, TRANCE

The counseling for Management Quota of Hindu Minority (HM) and NRI Quota Seats shall be held during the 2nd Round of Physical Counselling as and when notified by the Board, as such, all the eligible candidates are therefore, advised to remain in touch with the official Website of the BOPEE for the latest updates in this regard.
