High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh Issues Winter Timings Notification for Courts: The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has officially announced the winter schedule for courts located in the Kashmir Division and the Union Territory of Ladakh. As per Notification No. 2891 of 2024/RG/NG-03-(1), dated November 29, 2024, the revised timings will be effective from December 2, 2024, to March 31, 2025.

First Session:
- Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- Court Hours: 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM
Lunch Break:
- Office: 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM
- Court: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
Second Session:
- Office Hours: 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM
- Court Hours: 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM
The notification also specifies that courts will revert to the timings prescribed under High Court Order No. 1638/NG dated May 22, 2020, starting from April 1, 2025.
