Pursuant to Notification No. 151-BOPEE of 2024 dated 30.10.2024, the Board has received shortfall of seats in BDS/DDM/DDH courses from Government Dental Colleges of UT of J&K. In order to fill up these seats along with the seats which have remained unfilled or which have become available due to the Resignations by the selected candidates from the respective allotted college(s),
it is hereby notified for information of all the concerned candidates that the Board shall conduct the Special Stray Round of (Physical) allotment counseling as per the schedule given below: –

It is further notified that the candidates may go through the Notification carefully as only the following candidates shall be eligible to participate in this round of counseling and in case of non-fulfillment of the conditions mentioned herein below such candidate(s) are not eligible to participate in this Special Stray Round:-
1. ELIGIBLE CANDIDATE:
- a. Candidates previously registered with JKBOPEE.
- b. Candidates who are ‘Not Holding’ any seat in the previous rounds of NEET-UG Counselling, 2024 of All India Quota/State or UT Quota/ Deemed University.
2. INELIGIBLE CANDIDATE:
- a. A candidate who has not completed the Registration process.
- b. A candidate already allotted & joined a seat in AIQ/State or UT Counselling/ Deemed University.
- c. A candidate who had been allotted a seat by JKBOPEE in Stray Round earlier but did not join the allotted seat.
3. The candidates participating 1st time shall have to pay the counseling fee of Rs 1500/- through POS
machine available at BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar using their Debit/Credit Card.
4. The seat matrix for Special Stray Round of counselling shall be uploaded also on website of the Board viz. www.jkbopee.gov.in one day before the date of counselling.
The other Terms and Conditions shall, however, remain the same as contained in the e-Information Brochure, Notifications and Notices issued by the Board from time to time in this regard.
