Youth’s LG’s Super 75 & Super 75 (B) scheme notification issued vide notice Nos. FD- MY / 87 / 2022 / 1504 – 1507 dated 18-12-2023 and FD – M * Y / 87 / 2022 / 1508 – 1510 dated 18-12-2023; and Whereas, 151 number of female and 251 number of male candidates have filled the online form under Mission Youth Hon’ble LG’s Super 75 & Super 75 (B) Scholarship scheme respectively and during the scrutiny of details filled by the candidates, it has been found that maximum number of candidates have not filled their complete information; and

Accordingly, in view of the above, it is hereby notified for the information of all the candidates enclosed as Annexure-“A” and “B”, to this notification to attend Physical counseling cum document verification at below mentioned locations at Jammu and Srinagar.
Candidates are requested to bring following original documents and one self-attested set of photocopy of these documents for its document verification during counseling.
- 1. Domicile Certificate and Ration card.
- 2. Family income certificate (not older than 6 months) from competent authority (Tehsildar).
- 3. Aadhaar Card.
- 4. DOB certificate/Matriculation certificate.
- 5. Graduate Marks sheet (Final semester)
- 6. Post Graduate Marks Sheet (Final Semester)
- 7. Score card of PG/PhD entrance exam.
- 8. Proof of getting 1st/2nd/3rd Rank of PG / P hD entrance exam.
- 9. NET/GATE qualification certificate.
- 10. M.Phil certificate.
- 11. PWD certificate/Insurgency affected document proof, if any.
Further, candidate(s) failing to attend counseling /submit documents during counseling at Jammu/Srinagar shall not be entertained at any stage and their candidature shall be deemed to have been cancelled abnitio.
